This is week three of Two Chicks and A Pot’s “Our Favorite Things.”
This week it is our Catering Event Specialist Akili Phillips’ turn!
Her pick for favorite foods came from a wedding early in 2018 at the beautiful Sterling Stables in Cocoa Florida.
This menu for approximately 130 guests included two appetizers and four mini meals. Mini meals are food stations with an entrée and sides, but smaller portions.
For their two appetizer selections the bride and groom selected:
Brie and Raspberry Bites
Our Two Chicks and a Pot Charcuterie Boards are a wonderful mix of fresh fruit, cheeses, homemade dips, meats, nuts, and crackers. There is a little something for everyone.

So, we are sure your first question is “What is Chicken the Two Chicks way?” We are used to it, we hear it all the time.
It is a scrumptious roasted chicken breast, topped with mango chutney with creamy delicious Brie melted over the top.
AH-MAZING! It creates its own salty-sweet sauce. YUM
The Shepard’s Pie Shooters are delicious and the Vegan version is one of our most popular non-meat entrée options.
