What sets Two Chicks and a Pot apart is our customized menus, but sometimes you need a few ideas from us. Below are some of our favorite menu items we’re making this spring! Some are company favorites and others are special requests from our couples. Each wedding is different and we love working with you to design the perfect menu!
Chicken and waffle skewers– These sweet and savory treats are popular all year long and are loved by adults and kids!
Mini Cubans- These fan favorites can be served hot or cold and customized to your preference.
Vegetarian southwest spring rolls– This new addition can be served with or without meat and is colorful option full of flavor.
Pineapple and bacon wrapped shrimp skewers- Because everything is better with bacon, even fruit!
Creamy cilantro chicken– We created this last year for a wonderful couple and it’s been chosen for quite a few weddings this spring! It’s perfect over our chimichurri rice.
Mahi with pineapple salsa– Mahi is our most popular fish and when served with this bright and tasty salsa, it’s perfect for spring and summer events.
Taco station– If you want your guests to pick exactly what they want to eat, our taco stations are a hit. You can add different, meats, veggies, salsas, cheeses, etc so you and your guests can build your ultimate tacos.
Green beans with bacon and onions– Because again, EVERYTHING is better with bacon!
Garlic mashed potatoes– This is a year round favorite, and goes well with any of our saucy mains like chicken with a bacon rosemary cream sauce or bourbon beef tips.
Chimichurri rice– Filled with flavor and delicious with our creamy cilantro chicken or garlic and herb beef tips.
