About Two Chicks
We are a completely custom catering company. No two events are the same. We want to create the perfect menu for you and your guests – based on your palette. So, let’s discuss some of your favorite foods, maybe even your first date – what did you eat – or cultural favorites.

Styles of Service – Buffet, Stations, Traditional Plated, Mini Meals or Family Style. Each style is priced differently due to the amount of staffing each require.
Two Chicks Full-Service Catering includes the following:
- Experienced catering staff – amount of staff depends on style of service chosen.
- Set-up and breakdown
- Real place settings – China ware, flatware, stemware.
- All real glassware
- Water and ice in a carafe for each table
- Linen like napkin
- Your chosen, custom menu – Suggested base menu included in the pricing structure is 2 apps, 1 salad, Bread and Butter, 2 entree, 2 sides.
We arrive approx. 2 hours prior to ceremony to set-up all catering items, hand-pass apps during cocktail hour, serve the buffet or plated meal to your guests, manage dessert services (clients provide desserts), clean-up, box leftovers, remove trash off the property.
Pricing is based on your customized menu and guest count. We will create your custom proposal using your location, guest count and proposed menu.

Within Brevard County, catering starts at $34 pp + sales tax + 18% service charge
Outside of Brevard County, catering starts at $45 pp + sales tax + 18% service charge
We do not offer bartending services in all areas. Please speak with your specialists about our preferred vendors in your area. We suggest contacting our partner, Shannanigans. They are licensed, insured and eTips certified. Phone: 321-536-2240
For Brevard County events only – We love to partner with Michael’s Liquor in Suntree. Michael’s will deliver all your bar needs and only charge you for what you use. It’s an awesome service and saves you a ton of time. Here is a link to his online form and website: Michael’s Liquor Website
One complimentary tastings is available for all full-service catering clients with more than 50 guests. If your event is under 50 guests, there is a $20 pp charge for tastings. Second tastings can be scheduled for $20 pp.
We do not offer complimentary tastings for drop-off catering services. Same as above, drop-off catering clients will have the opportunity to schedule a tasting with a fee – $20 pp.
Tastings are available in our Rockledge kitchen by appointment only and hosted on Wednesdays. Our offices are closed on the weekends, we are onsite at events!
At your tasting you will try 3-4 options in each category.
You will be able to sign a contract, place your deposit and hold your event date with Two Chicks at your tasting. A link to book your tasting will be sent to you after the consultation is completed.
