One of the fun Signature Cocktails we showcased in our favorite fall menu ideas was our Red Apple Sangria. This delicious drink isn’t the only sangria that is the perfect fall beverage! But there are a lot of fresh, fall flavors from locally sourced fruits that make fabulous, unique sangrias for your upcoming wedding or event.
Red Wine
The same basic red apple sangria is delicious with a splash of cranberry juice, garnished with some fresh cranberries. Pinot Noir is a favorite with this fall flavor combination.

White Apple
If white wine is more your style, a white apple sangria made with chardonnay, apple cider and some crisp gala apple slices garnished with a cinnamon stick will excite your friends and family.
A squeeze of caramel sauce in this white apple sangria adds a little touch of sweetness.
Pear Ginger
For something with fall flavor and a little spice, a Pear Ginger Sangria has a fun pop of flavor. Combining something light and dry like a Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio with some freshly grated ginger, a few cloves, some brandy, and spicy ginger beer pairs well with sliced pears as a garnish.
Blood Orange
If fresh, local Florida citrus is more your thing, Blood Orange Sangria might be more your style. Pinot Grigio pairs nicely with freshly squeezed blood oranges or scarlet red navel orange. Blend this pairing with some orange liquor, agave nectar or local Florida orange blossom honey and club soda for some sparkle.
Other Sangrias
If by chance wine is not your style here is a fantastic fall peach sangria made with beer!
Combine sliced local peaches with rye whiskey, Peach Lambic Beer and club soda for a beautiful sangria that will please that craft beer crowd!
The key to any great sangria is fresh, local fruit in season and fall is the perfect time to create a signature cocktail that will be a crowd pleaser at your upcoming wedding or corporate event.
